Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Enter their email addresses and assign a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer). Invited members receive an email with a secure join link valid for 7 days. Enterprise plans support SSO-based auto-provisioning.

All documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Encryption keys are managed through AWS KMS with automatic rotation. Enterprise customers can optionally use customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK).
